The IT Service Desk is the first point of contact for access to LMU's central IT services. We provide students and staff with the LMU user ID and the LMUcard - your ticket to the digital cosmos of LMU.

Please note that our office will be closed from 22.12.2025 to 06.01.2026. If you have any issues with your LMU user ID, LMUcard or wifi access during this time, please contact us via our contact form.
